Explore the world of ants with this exciting set where ants dig tunnels and plants grow in a unique ecosystem!
Create 4 small holes to start constructing the tunnels, take a stroll outside and find about 15 ants to populate the colony, place them in the container, put the lid back on, and observe. Within a few days, the ants will dig a spectacular system of tunnels and canals. Inside the small ant house, each tunnel is visible from various angles through the walls of the container, and you can observe how the ants work while the plants sprout and take root!
The concept was developed by NASA in space exploration programs for the USA, where the idea was to take an ant colony into space so that astronauts could study insect behavior in zero gravity.
