A Tribute to Questions! Some questions are tiny, like where you left your socks. Others are enormous. Is there life on other planets? Do birds of a feather really flock together? Why do we exist? Some questions are cool, interesting, and exciting. Others can be sad or difficult.

When you ask questions and start thinking about how to solve them, you’re thinking like a scientist. Much of what we humans know today, we know because people have pondered, wondered, thought, and tested their ideas. They’ve simply researched their way to discoveries we didn’t know before.

This book doesn’t give you answers to all the questions out there, but it gives you the tools and methods you need to figure them out – on your own. Plus, you’ll find fun facts, examples of things kids wonder about, and experiments you can try yourself.
