This card deck is designed for use in middle school and high school education and contains 90 cards along with an answer key. The cards are divided into three colors, each representing a different type of function:
- Function graphs
- Function expressions written in algebraic form
- Function expressions with tables
Some cards require the use of algebra to find the function expression. Various activities with these cards provide excellent differentiation opportunities. For academically strong students, the greatest challenges involve working solely with the graph cards and trying to determine the function expressions. The graph cards are marked with a difficulty level in the corner, with stars indicating the highest level of difficulty.
